Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions (For best results when breading or marinating Tyson Individually Frozen Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute). Conventional Oven 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Bake frozen leg quarters 80 to 85 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 180 degrees F. (Bake thawed leg quarters 65 to 70 minutes.) Grill 1. Preheat grill to Medium heat. 2. Grill frozen leg quarters, turning occasionally, until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 180 degrees F. Using a digital thermometer, cook to internal temperature of 180 degrees F to ensure fully cooked chicken. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly. Keep frozen.
