Directions

Open at notch. You will need. 2 cups hot water. Microwave directions. Ready in only 3 minutes! 1. Pour 2 cups hot water and pouch of potatoes with seasoning into 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole or bowl; stir until completely moistened. 2. Cover with microwavable plastic wrap, folding back one side to vent steam. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Stir with fork until blended, then whip until smooth. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove-top directions rich, creamy texture! 1. Empty pouch of potatoes with seasoning into medium bowl. Stir in 2 cups boiling water; stir until completely moistened. Note: to prevent boil over, add boiling water to potatoes; do not stir potatoes into boiling water. 2. Let stand 2 minutes or until water is absorbed. Whip with fork until smooth. Refrigerate leftovers. Tips. For stiffer potatoes, let stand 1 to 2 minutes after whipping. For extra-creamy potatoes, stir in more hot water, 1 tablespoon at a time. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): no change.
