Cooking Instructions: Remove product from package prior to cooking. Thaw under refrigeration overnight. Oven: Preheat to 400 degrees F. Place fish on a lined or non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Grill: Preheat cleaned, oiled grill to medium high heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Pan Sear: Preheat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Keep frozen.
