Directions
1. Add 3.5 oz (1 pack) of Homiah Laksa to 1-1/2 cups of boiling water in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 min, then add 3/4 cup of coconut milk to finish. (Broth, cream, or water also work in a pinch!). 2. While the laksa broth is simmering, prepare 2 servings of your choice of noodles. 3. To serve, ladle the hot laksa broth over the cooked noodles. Top with your choice of garnishes. (We like boiled eggs, blanched greens, and shrimp!).
