Directions
1. Saute 3.5 oz (1 pack) of Homiah Rendang with 1 lb of cubed protein of your choice (we like chicken, tofu, or beef)! 2. Add 1/3 cup of liquid (we recommend coconut milk - but water, broth, or cream also work in a pinch). 3. Simmer covered for 8-10 min for chicken, tofu, or lean beef (or longer for other cuts of beef). Serve hot with rice or any grain of your choice.
