1. Saute 3.5 oz (1 pack) of Homiah Red Curry with 1 lb of cubed protein of your choice (we like chicken or tofu). Then, add 1/2 cup of diced veggies of your choice (we like potatoes and carrots). 2. Add cup of liquid (we recommend coconut milk-but water, broth, or cream also work in a pinch). 3. Simmer covered for rice or any grain of your choice.
