Cooking Instructions: Keep unopened bag in freezer until ready to use. Take out quantity needed, reseal bag and return immediately to freezer. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts reduce cooking time. Do not overcook. Panfry with Oil (Recommended) (A non-stick spray may be used in place of oil. If non-stick spray is not used it is recommended to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): 1. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in skillet to medium heat (350 degrees F). Caution: Oil will be hot. 2. Carefully add a single layer of frozen Hash Browns. 3. Cover with a lid and fry for 10-12 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. 4. Season to taste and serve immediately. Panfry with Water: 1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat (350 degrees F). 2. Carefully add a single layer of frozen Hash Browns to skillet with 3 tablespoons of water. 3. Cover with a lid and fry for 10-12 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. 4. Season to taste and serve immediately. Do not microwave! Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality. Keep frozen.
