Heating Instructions: Do not defrost grilled eggplants. In A Pan: Heat desired amount of grilled eggplant-still frozen-in a pan for 5-6 minutes with some Botticelli extra virgin olive oil. Adjust time to desired cooking level. In A Microwave Oven: Place desired amount of grilled eggplant-still frozen-in a microwave safe dish and cook for 4-5 minutes at 900W. Adjust time to desired cooking level. In A Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F place desired amount of product in a baking tray and cook in the oven for 6-7 minutes. Adjust time to desired cooking level. Botticelli grilled eggplants can elevate just about any meal: great as an appetizer, added to pastas, and salads, as a side dish, in sandwiches, and so much more. For a quick and delicious dish, coat the bottom of a baking dish with a little Botticelli marinara sauce. Lay slices of defrosted grilled eggplant (pat dry), in a single layer along the bottom. Top with more Marinara sauce, grated cheese and shredded mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese melts. 20-30 minutes. Keep frozen.
