Do not thaw before cooking. Caution: Product will be hot! Product heating instructions developed on an 1100 watt microwave. However, due to variations in equipment, heating time and/or temperature may require adjustment to reach 165 degrees F. Do not cook in a toaster oven or broiler rack of oven.
