To Use: Step 1: Remove shears from sleeve and open the blades. Step 2: Place the bottom blade fully through the sharpener unit, and while applying even pressure, close the blades together. Step 3: Repeat until desired sharpness is achieved. Hand-Washing: For all fine cutlery, best results are obtained by hand-washing. Wash with warm, soapy water, and rinse thoroughly. Dry immediately. For safety, wash each knife separately, not with other cutlery or utensils.
