Cook time 8-10 minutes. Suggested Preparation: 1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to boil. Add salt to taste. Add casarecce to boiling water. 2. For authentic al dente pasta, boil for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute. 3. Drain well and serve immediately with olive oil or your favorite sauce.

We started seven hills pasta company driven by our dedication to bringing wholesome and unprocessed food to our greater Boston community. Whether we are rolling out pasta by hand on our kitchen table or working in our pastificio, we believe that making pasta is a labor of love to be enjoyed with family and friends. We are happy to share our Italian artisan craft with you. Our process begins by selecting the finest semola di grano duro flour. As the pasta is extruded through custom bronze dies, it acquires the characteristic rough texture that even the silkiest of sauces will cling to. It is then slow-dried for more than 24 hours, a process that imparts the firm al dente quality that separates an ordinary plate of pasta from a truly memorable meal.
