Cooking Instructions: Stovetop (5 mins): Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Empty contents of bag into skillet and cook uncovered on medium-high heat for 4-1/2 to 5 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Stir and flip the saus'ages occasionally. Remember: Let rest for 1 minute before serving. For best results, do not overcook-it's not meat! Do not allow product to thaw. Do not eat without cooking. Cooking time may need to be adjusted based on stove type. Cook until internal temp is 165 degrees F (minimum). Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
