Long Root Pale Ale is Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth. Estd. 2012. Made with kernza. Perennial grain. We brew our Pale Ale with organic barley and Northwest hops for a refreshing pine-citrus character. It's also the first commercial use of Kernza, a long-rooted perennial grain which adds spiciness to the dry, crisp finish. Kernza draws down carbon and regenerates topsoil too.
