1. Place the reeds into the bottle to absorb the fragrance oil. 2. After the end of the reeds have absorbed the fragrance oil, turn the reeds upside down and put the dry end of the reeds into the bottle. 3. After the reeds have absorbed the fragrance oil, they will release a delicate aroma.
