Tannic acid found naturally in these wood types may cause surface staining and/or streaking. All steel screws may rust and cause streaking and/or staining over time depending on the application. If possible streaking or staining is unacceptable use Fas-n-Rite exterior wood screws, or Deck Plus exterior polymer coated or stainless steel fasteners.UPC
