Stove-Top Directions for One 12-oz Bag: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Carefully add vegetables. 2. Cover cook 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. Microwave Directions for One 12-oz Bag: Important: Do not microwave in bag. 1. Add vegetable to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Do not add oil. 2. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully, stir well. Keep frozen.
