Microwave Directions: Add sweet potatoes to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Do not add oil or water. Cover, microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir. Microwave Wattage*: 1200; Time on High: 7:00 to 8:00. Microwave Wattage*: 1000; Time on High: 8:00 to 9:00.
