Directions
Stove Top: For best results, cook from frozen. 1. Bring 1/2 cup water to a rapid boil in a saucepan. 2. Add desired amount of frozen vegetables. 3. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and heat gently for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain and stir prior to serving. Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave-safe container. 2. Add t tbsp. water and cover. 3. Cook on high, full (100%) power for 7-9 minutes (for food safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time as necessary), stirring halfway through cooking. 4. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. 5. Drain if necessary and stir prior to serving. Keep frozen.
