Zinsser Popcorn Ceiling Patch 1 qt CUP\TUB

Directions for Use: Surface Preparation: Area to be patched must be clean and free of any loose crumbly texture and powdery material. A putty knife is an excellent tool for removing damaged texture. If a water damaged area is to be repaired, remove about 1 inch beyond damaged area. Prime the area with shellac-based primer, such as Zinsser’s B-I-N, to prevent staining. Application: Use a quality soft latex bristle paint brush and dab material in place, working from the outside in. The aggregates can be moved around to match the density of the original ceiling texture. For areas where texture meets the wall, use a 6 inch broad knife pressed into the corner to protect the wall while repairing defect. Allow repair area to dry 24 to 48 hours. Cleanup: Use soap and water. To Open: Insert blade of screwdriver between lid and bucket and pry up all around lid. To Close: Hammer down all around rim until lid snaps on. Protect from freezing: Close container tightly after each use.
