Transition to Blue: Start by mixing 25% of BLUE with your kitten's old food, and gradually increase the proportion of BLUE over the next 14 days. Recommended Daily Feeding Chart: 6 to 19 wks: 1 to 3 lbs: 1/4 - 1/2 cups per day. 4 to 6 lbs: 1/2 - 3/4 cups per day. Over 10 lbs: + 1/4 cup for each additional 2 lbs. 5 to 9 mos: 1 to 3 lbs: 1/4 - 1/2 cups per day. 4 to 6 lbs: 1/2 - 3/4 cups per day. 7 to 10 lbs: 3/4 - 1 cups per day. Over 10 lbs: + 1/4 cup for each additional 2 lbs. 9 to 12 mos: 4 to 6 lbs: 1/4 - 1/2 cups per day. 7 to 10 lbs: 1/2 - 3/4 cups per day. Over 10 lbs: + 1/4 cup for each additional 2 lbs. Use a standard 8-oz measuring cup. Note: Individual kitten's requirements may vary due to age, breed, environment, and activity level. Adjust food as required to maintain optimal body condition, and ask your veterinarian if you are unsure. Kittens in their first year require two to three times more food than adult cats. Feed kittens at 3-4 weeks of age all the moistened Blue they can eat three to four times per day. When kittens begin eating dry food, continue to feed all they can eat three to four times per day or allow the dry food to be available at all times.
