Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (Including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard Raw. Cook from frozen. Cooking Instructions: Cook from Frozen: Stove Top: 1. Preheat pan over medium heat. 2. Remove the patty from the packaging and the paper. 3. Place 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan. 4. Place the patty in the pan. 5. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F measured by a meat thermometer. 6. Remove the pan and let it sit for 2 minutes before serving. Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Remove the patty from the packaging and the paper. 3. Place the patty on the grill. 4. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F measured by a meat thermometer. 5. Remove from the grill and let it sit for 2 minutes before serving. Recommended: 165 degrees - well done. 155 degrees - medium well. 145 degrees - medium. 135 degrees - medium rare. The USDA recommends ground beef to be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Chef Recommended: Put Steakhouse patty on a brioche bun, top with caramelized onions and horseradish cream sauce. Perishable. Keep frozen.
