Microwave or regular oven. Directions: Ovens may vary: Microwave oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 3-4 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil. Stir. Cover bowl with foil. Bake for 30-35 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.

So we were thrilled when Amy's chefs recently came up with a recipe for our family's favorite Asian meal. To make this dish, they mix crunchy organic broccoli florets and bright, colorful bell peppers with fresh house-made tofu and place the mix in a bed of organic brown rice and quinoa. Then they tie it all together with a rich, Szechuan-style sweet and spicy sauce. Delicious the only thing missing is a fortune cookie. Family Owned Since 1987.
