Directions

What you need: 1/3 cup Frozen peas. 2-1/4 cups Chicken broth. 3 tbsp. Butter. 1 Lemon. Optional garnish: 1 Bunch parsley. Ready in under 30 mins. 1. Prep Ingredients: Rinse peas under cold water to thaw; drain. Squeeze 2 tsp. lemon juice, chop 1 tbsp. parsley. 2. Melt 2 tbsp. butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add Arborio Rice, Mushrooms and Onions; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until rice is just golden. 3. Stir in Herb Seasoning and 2-1/4 cups chicken broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. 4. Cover; simmer 18 to 20 min. or until most of the broth is gone; stirring after 10 mi. Remove from heat. 5. Add Parmesan cheese and remaining 1 tbsp. butter; stir to combine. 6. Stir in parsley, peas and lemon juice. Enjoy! Chef's Tip: If desired when serving adults, add 1/4 cup dry white wine to the skillet after toasting the rice in Step 2; cook until wine is completely absorbed. Continue on to Step 3.
