What you need: 1lb. Lean ground beef. Chopped lettuce and tomatoes. Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream. 1. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add Seasoning Mix and 3/4 cup water; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, bake Taco Shells in oven on baking sheet at 300°F for 3 to 5 min. or until warmed. Remove Tortillas from foil wrapper; place on microwaveable plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on high 30 sec. Caution: Do not heat Taco Shells in toaster oven due to possible fire risk. 3. Spread each tortilla with 4 tsp. Velveeta Cheese Sauce; top with taco shell. Fold tortillas over shells; fill with meat, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Makes 6 servings, 1 Taco each.
