Stove top cooking: Add ingredients & bring to a boil over high heat. 2c Cold water. 1c Rice. 1/4 tsp Salt. High heat. Reduce to low heat, stir once & cover for 20 minutes. Low heat. Remove from heat when all water is abosorbed, fluff & let sit covered. No heat.
