Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place scallops on oven able tray in a single layer. Bake for 7 minutes, turn scallops over and bake for another 7 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees f is reached. Let rest prior to serving, caution liquid is hot. Do not refreeze, not recommended for microwave. Keep frozen until ready to use, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
