Microwave: 1. In a 2 quart microwave-safe dish combine 2 cups of water and 1 cup of rice*. 2. Cover. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. 3. Reduce setting to 50% power, microwave for 15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. 4. Fluff lightly with a fork and serve. *For drier rice use 1 3/4 cups water. For moisture rice, use 2 1/4 cups water. If your microwave does not have variable power settings follow manufacturer's directions.
