Ingredients: 3 eggs; 1/2 cup milk; 1/2 cup oil. Quick bread & muffin instructions: preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray or line medium muffin cups or 8x4-inch bread loaf pan. 2. Combine mix, milk, eggs, and oil in a medium mixing bowl; stir until moistened. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full or pour batter into prepared loaf pan. 3. Bake at 375 degrees F according to the bake times below: Quick bread: bake time: 55 minutes* or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool time 20 minutes in pan. Muffins: bake time: 20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. cool time 2-3 minutes in pan. *Directions developed using conventional ovens.
