Goose Island Bourbon County Mon Cheri Stout 2019. This recipe is from our brewer Quinn. “Mon Chéri” means “my darling” and this recipe is, in a way, a love letter from Quinn to his wife, who loves cherries. The inspiration behind this beer was a cherry cobbler and Mon Chéri uses two different types of cherries: Balenton and Montmorency. Aromas of Amaretto and almond expand into flavors of oats, cherry, vanilla and chocolate followed by a silky, velvety finish.Other Description
