Directions

Directions for use: 1. To pour - hold bottle securely, twist off top to remove. 2. Control rate of flow by pressure on the bottle. 3. Flush the affected eye(s) as needed. 4. Do not touch bottle tip to eye. 5. If necessary, continue flushing with emergency eyewash or shower. Other information: Lot number is printed on the bottle. Store at 20 degrees to 25 degrees C (68 degrees to 77 degrees F). For your protection, this bottle has an imprinted white seal with black printing "tamper evident seal". Do not use if this seal is missing or broken. Use before expiration date marked on bottle.

Active Ingredients - Purpose. Purified Water 98.3% - Eyewash. Inactive Ingredients: Boric Acid, Sodium Borate, Sodium Chloride.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not use on open wounds.
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken.
Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy.
To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface.
Do not reuse bottle. Once opened, discard.
Do not use after expiration date.
Store at 20 degrees to 25 degrees C (68 degrees to 77 degrees F).

Do not use:
If you experience any open wounds in or near the eyes and obtain immediate medical treatment.
If solution changes color or becomes cloudy.
When using this product.
To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface.
Do not reuse.
Once opened, discard.
Stop use and ask a doctor if you have any of the following:
Continued redness for imitation of the eye.
Condition worsens or persists.
Eye pain.
Changes in vision.
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
