Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil in saucepan; add whole package (10 oz) of frozen Chopped Spinach. Gently separate vegetables with fork. Bring to a second boil; stir, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally; until frozen clumps are thawed and heated through. Drain, season to taste and serve. Microwave: Place whole package (10 oz) of frozen Chopped Spinach and 2 tablespoons water in a 1-quart microwave safe casserole dish; cover and microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes, stirring once about midway through cooking period (check for cold spots; break up clumps with fork); if necessary stir vegetables thoroughly and cook for additional 1 minute. Season to taste and cover, allowing to stand for food safety and quality before serving. Because of differences in microwave ovens, heating times may vary. Keep frozen until ready for use.
