Saranac Gen 4 session IPA: Fourth generation family brewery. Gen 4 is four generation of brewing. Fred and Nick helped to "pilot brew" this session IPA with hop forward, tropical character. Dynamic and easy drinking. 4.5% Alc/vol, 30 IBU. ©2017 Matt Brewing Company. Saranac Legacy IPA: Fourth generation family brewery. Our founder's century old recipe uses lighter malts which allow the crisp, citrus hop flavor to shine through. We're proud to share his legacy of great beer. 6.5% Alc/vol, 60 IBU. Our (great) grandfather was crafting IPAs in 1914, long before they were popular. Today, we've revived his century-old recipe, fittingly using "centennial" hops as the focal point. For four generations we've continued to build on his legacy by pouring our souls into every beer we craft... we hope you enjoy the result. 3rd and 4th generation. ©2017 Matt Brewing Company. Saranac American pale ale: Fourth generation family brewery. The simple malt bill allows the hop character to shine through with floral and citrus notes. A nicely balanced beer with a smooth finish. 5.5% Alc/vol, 32 IBU. Infused with American hops. Traditionally our pale ale has been of English origin (maltier) but we've transitioned to an American pale ale (hoppier) tweaking the recipe to shift the emphasis towards American hops. The hop selection includes Cascade, Columbus, and Citra - coming together to deliver a focused hop taste and aroma. 3rd and 4th generation. ©2017 Matt Brewing Company. Saranac Adirondack Lager™: Fourth generation family brewery. This German style classic is malted to perfection with sweet, smooth, and rich characters. We use traditional noble hops for a crisp and clean finish. 5.5% Alc/vol, 22 IBU. After visiting the motherland (Germany) in the mid 1980s F.X. Matt II was inspired by the local beers, and thus Adirondack Lager was born - the first beer in the Saranac line. Adirondack Lager is responsible for Saranac's first 3 Great American Beer Festival medals, winning gold in 1991, and Lager being crowned America's best inspired the rest of the Saranac line. 3rd and 4th generation. ©2017 Matt Brewing Company.
