Keep frozen. Preparation/Cooking Instructions: Pantry with Oil* (Recommended Method): Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in skillet to medium heat (350°F). Carefully add a single layer of potatoes. Cover with a lid and fry for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. Season to taste and serve immediately. *A non-stick spray may be used in place of oil. If non-stick spray is not used it is recommended to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil. Pan Fry with Water: Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat (350°F). Carefully add a single layer of potatoes to skillet with 3 tablespoons of water. Cover with a lid and fry 10 to 12 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. Season to taste and serve immediately. Note: Cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts reduce cooking time. Do not overcook! Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality. Do not microwave.
