Directions

Cooking Instructions: Bring six quarts of salted water to a vigorous boil in a large pot over high heat. Drop the gnocchi into the boiling water, a few at a time, stirring gently with a wooden spoon. Cook the gnocchi, continuing to stir gently, until tender, about 1 minute after the gnocchi rises to the surface. Remove the gnocchi from the water with a slotted spoon. Drain well and gently transfer to a wide saucepan, adding sauce. Heat gently and serve. Store in a cool dry place.
