Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Do not thaw pizza before cooking. Preheat oven or grill to 425 degrees F. Remove pizza from packaging. Place directly on oven rack for 15-20 minutes or grill for 10-15 minutes, lid closed until an internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached. Remove, let stand one minute, slice and enjoy!

E. James "Papa" Jamoulis purchased the cape cod cafe after serving in World War II. He worked tireless, to develop a pizza recipe that would stand the test of time. Today, his grandsons Jonathan and Jeremy carry on the tradition of hard work and the mentality of never cutting corners to make sure the pizzas today are the same as Papa made over 75 years ago. The Jamoulis family and all cape cod cafe employees are very proud and thankful.
