For a delicious cup of hot tea: Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil. Let water cool 1 minute after boiling. Pour water over one tea bag and steep 1 to 2 minutes. Remove tea bag. If desired, serve with sweetener. For a refreshing quart of iced tea: Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil. Let water cool 1 minute after boiling. Pour 4 cups over 3 to 5 tea bags and brew for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove tea bags and pour over ice filled glasses. If desired, serve with sweetener.
