As washer fills with water, first add detergent, then add laundry. For stains: Pre-treat by pouring detergent directly on stain. Test in an inconspicuous area prior to use. Effective in high up to 185°F(85°C) . For HE machines fill cap to line 1. For standard machines fill cap to line 2. Pre-soaking is not necessary. Use more product for heavily soiled loads.
