Directions

Basic cooking instructions: Soak 1 cup of lentils in 4 cups of cold water with 1 tsp. Roland® Sea Salt for an hour. Simmer lentils in the same salted water until they are tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and season to taste. Makes 4-6 servings.
