5 min. Pudding directions: 2 cups Cold milk. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Pudding will be soft-set in 5 min. Makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings. Refrigerate any leftovers. Note: pudding will not set if made with soy milk. Classic pudding pie: Makes 8 servings. Prepare pudding as directed on package, reducing milk to 1-3/4 cups. (For fuller pie, use 2 pkg. pudding mix and 2-3/4 cups milk.). Pour into 9-inch ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust. Refrigerate 1 hour (or 3 hours for fuller pie) or until firm. Top each serving with 2 tbsp. thawed cool whip whipped topping, if desired. Refrigerate any leftovers.
