Directions

Brown’n Serve: Cut thick slices about 1/4 inch thick. Place in greased preheated pan. Allow brown crust to form on underside. Turn slices and brown other side until crisp. Delicious served with eggs, hominy or baked beans. Try maple syrup over scrapple. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
