Directions

Keep refrigerated. For food safety. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F or greater as measured by a meat thermometer. Cooking instructions: For crumbles: crumble ground turkey into a lightly oiled skillet and cook over medium-high heat. Stir constantly, for 5 to 6 minutes, or until turkey is nicely browned and no longer pink. For patties (grilled or skillet): shape into patties about 1/2 inch thick. Lightly oil cooking surface and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side until patty is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 170 degrees F.
