Directions

A simple recipe for Chicken, Shrimp, or Lamb Curry. For every pound of chicken, shrimp or lamb cut up three small onions and pan fry in generous amount of butter until slightly brown. Add three level tablespoons of Sun Brand Curry Powder and continue to brown another 2 or 3 minutes. Mix in meat or shrimp occasionally stirring until meat is tender. In the case of shrimp, only cook a short while to insure tenderness. Serve over white rice with Sun Brand Major Grey's Chutney as the perfect side condiment.
