Directions

Cooking instructions: Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pot; add contents of bag. Fry for approximately 3 minutes. While stirring, add salt and spices. Add 1 cup of water, stir, and bring to a boil. Lower flame and cook covered for 10 minutes. Turn off flame and let couscous stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork and serve.
