Our Kentucky Ale is aged for six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky's finest distilleries. Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. The foam carries the unique and distinctive nose of a well-crafted bourbon. These aromas announce the robust flavor of the beer as it approaches the mouth. This handcrafted beer is smooth with a subtle hint of vanilla and oak drawn from aging in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for six weeks. The widest part of the body is 1.5 times larger in diameter than the opening. This focuses the aromas and helps with head retention.
