Keep frozen. Cooking directions: *For best results we recommend oven & toaster oven. Individual ovens vary. These are guidelines only. Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Remove fish sticks from all packaging. 3. Spread fish sticks on baking sheet or foil and place baking sheet on middle rack. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F. 4. After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving. Toaster oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Remove fish sticks from all packaging. 3. Spread fish sticks on tray or foil and place on middle rack. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F. 4. After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave oven (1100 Watt): 1. Remove fish sticks from all packaging. 2. Place fish sticks on microwavable plate lined with paper towel (for crispier results). Cook for 50 - 60 seconds. Microwave ovens below 1100 watt may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. 3. Check that the product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F. 4. After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution: product will be hot after cooking.
