Cooking Directions: Bring 4 quarts of water per 1 lb. of pasta to a rapid boil. Add 1 tbs. of salt if desired. Add pasta and let boil for suggested cooking time, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat and add a glass of cold water to stop the cooking. Drain and serve immediately with your favorite preheated sauce.. Keep in a cool dry place.
