Directions

Oven Directions: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place potatoes in shallow baking dish; brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake 50-60 minutes or until tender. Microwave Directions: Place 3-4 potatoes in microwave-safe dish; microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Add 2-4 more minutes for each additional potato. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Serving suggestion: Top with roasted garlic, sour cream, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped fresh parsley, and butter. Storage: Potatoes should not be refrigerated. For best results, store in a cool, dry and dark place.
