Bake 12 minutes, turn fries over, and continue baking an additional 9-13 minutes until reaching a light golden color. Season to taste and serve immediately. Electric Skillet*: Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in electric skillet to medium heat (350°F). Carefully add frozen fries in a single layer. Stir to evenly distribute the oil. Cover with lid and heat 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently for uniform cooking. Cook to a light golden color. Spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately. Deep Fryer*: Preheat oil to 350°F. Fil basket half full (1/2 level) with frozen fries. Deep fry 3-4 minutes until reaching a light golden color. Spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately. Pour out amount needed. Store remainder in freezer. Do not microwave. Keep frozen. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality. Do not overcook. *It is recommended when using this cooking method to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil
