Family winery. Sun chase vineyard estate grown. Sun Chase is Guarachi's Sonoma Mountain estate vineyard nestled 1,400 ft. above sea level in the Petaluma Gap of the Sonoma Coast. Sun Chase gets ample sunlight that chases the fog away as the day breaks and blows strong coastal winds from the Pacific Ocean, which results in naturally small clusters and berries with thick skins. The grapes are handpicked and harvested at night, then aged in French oak for 11 months resulting in complex, seductive red fruit, with bright minerality, balanced acidity and a lasting finish that are hallmarks of this decadent Pinot Noir.
