Instructions: 1. Boil 10 cups of water for every 1 cup of Boba in a large pot. Add Boba slowly into boiling pot and stir lightly. 2. Water until Boba floats to water surface. Cover pot. Cook in medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Turn off heat and simmer another 5-8 minutes (adjust time to soften Boba to personal tastes). 3. Scoop out Boba and let it rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Scoop out Boba into dry bowl and mix in sugar or honey. Serving Tips: 1. Prepared Boba is delicious cold or hot. Add into beverages like milk tea or coffee or into desserts. 2. Please eat Boba within 4 hours after cooking. After opening package, please refrigerate unused portion and use as soon as possible. Storage Condition: Indoor cool, dry area.
